I worked alongside the Data Science team in building out a CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) and Predictive Analytics Model based on a student's on-course behaviour (estimating a student's probability for repeat / return), succeeding in informing the business where to focus in terms of the most profitable segments, regions, and product verticals. In addition, I consulted with the Performance Marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) teams towards improving our various paid and organic marketing strategies within select regions, by providing more targeted and personalised messaging to identified customer personas and segments. I also ran two waves of localised qual research with a Spanish cohort using an AI chatbot, the insights of which were used for product enhancements.
