When my customers would call in most times, they knew what they were purchasing, and I would happily assist them with their orders while also offering them complimentary items. Some of my customers would have just a vague idea of what they wanted but only had a description of the items. So, I would have to put on my detective's hat and ask my qualifying questions then roll up my shirtsleeves and get to work on locating the specific item my customer had described. Once that was completed, I would move onto finalizing their orders. I would also address my customers’ concerns regarding bill issues, order issues, and shipping.
