Oct. 2011 - Dec. 2015MSD Egypt• Diabetes; JANUVIA & JANUMET. • Responsible for closing direct sales of products and/or services in order to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives. • Responsible for sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers. • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures. • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunities. • Responds to customer questions. • Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions. • Assignments & Taskforce: - Sales Assignment reporting to NSM 2015: Leader of National Taskforce Team targeting PVT Health Co. - Execution Excellence National Sales Taskforce Team 2014: PVT Health Insurance Companies, Chain Pharmacies, Open Accounts and Sales Tracking. - Marketing Project reporting to Diabetes BCM 2013: CME Certified Healthcare Professionals’ Courses, Territorial Patients Education Programs, Events Management and Newsletter Campaigns. - Marketing Assignment reporting to Diabetes BCM 2012: Diabetes Ramadan Campaign Project, Launch Janumet500, Marketing Strategy/Message/Brochure, Handling Concerns and Call Flow.
