I also deployed updates, conducted courseware audits, and analyzed ROI, LOE, and analyzed prospective tools and applications. I delivered innovative new hire training programs focused on creating efficient, engaging training platforms, fostering an employee driven learning and development platform. Some highlights of my experience in this role include… • Led a team of 10 multimedia developers to create a large multi-curriculum, web-based new hire coursework system deployed to Customer Care Agents across the globe; replaced instructor-led training and reduced training time by two weeks; increasing ROI and contributing to 3rd place ranking in Training Magazine’s Top 100 Training Sites for 2003. • Consulted with instructional designers, graphics artists, SMEs and other developers to cultivate course work to develop necessary behavior skills in management and leadership teams; evaluated programs to analyze success and identify opportunities, making adjustments and resolving issues. • Spearheaded efforts for the next generation of large-scale courseware development and deployment at Sprint (SUDS, Sprint University Development System); engine-based system populated by XML.
