Nov. 2015 - Jun. 2017Egham-Event management: --Organised Creative and Media Careers Week, which involved searching for and contacting alumni via LinkedIn, who had succeeded in following a career in the Creative and Media sector. Alumni included writers, screenwriters, producers, publishers. --Assisted in the execution of passport award ceremony (similar to graduation) the event management tasks involved preparing scrolls, certificates, medals and inviting students who had qualified for the award. -Used social media to promote event awareness. -Organized alumni to return and speak at events, booking venues, creating posters for marketing. -Front desk work, customer service, arranging appointments for students, inputting media onto the website. -Compiled newsletters. -Marketing - creating media in line with branding. -Used Hootsuite to maximise social media reach. -Maintained media for intranet, posters etc. -Developed website using Contensis system. -Used booking system target connect for events and individual CV appointments, practice interviews etc. -Managed calendar of careers consultants.
