As the primary knowledge brokerage tool for the Pacific Climate Change Centre, the PCCP centralises climate change resources, improving access to credible information, decision-making tools, and opportunities to enhance the resilience of Pacific Island communities. - The Knowledge Broker Support Program is now available as two training modules, the first focused on foundation modules and the second on knowledge broker tools, as well as an open-learning course available on the PCCC E-learning Platform. - Developed case study videos from the Australian Awards Fellowship on Advancing Climate, Health, and Equity Outcomes through Local Action including partnership highlights and impact stories.
