Denis Kudin has over 20 years of professional experience. His career includes managing projects in strategy, operations, M&A, communications, and GR for a significant corporates in Ukraine (between $1.5B and $2.7B in sales). Throughout his entire career, Mr. Kudin excelled in creating high-performance teams and conducting various turnarounds and growth acceleration initiatives. Mr. Kudin holds MBA degrees from Columbia Business School in New York (with a concentration in PE/VC investments), cum laude and from London Business School, cum laude. He earned BA and MA in international relations and international law from Kyiv Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (cum laude). Before joining Ukrnafta he worked at top-tier positions in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and State Property Fund of Ukraine where he conducted an overall portfolio turnaround and achieved 4-fold dividend payment increase. Before government roles he served as Senior Executive Vice President of WOG, the leading Ukrainian oil&gas downstream company. There he led a retail division comprising sales, marketing, fuel and non-fuels operations. As part of this effort, Mr. Kudin developed a gas stations transformation project which led to a 2-fold increase in sales and expanded retail sales EBITDA contribution 3.5 times.
