Manage organisational changes, working closely with VP’s and Directors to plan and implement change management projects. In charge of defining proper sizing of structures and related job evaluations to ensure proper compensation bench marking Maturity, confidence, and client relationship skills—in particular, experience acting as a thought partner to senior positions leading specific initiatives Oversee the implementation of HR Organizational Development programs, systems, and procedures such as engagement surveys, development planning, assessments, skills assessments, leadership development and succession planning, to ensure initiatives of the business unit are met.
