Mar. 2004• Develop and submit timely, well written proposals to private and government funding sources for specific programs, operational, and capital campaign needs, ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000. • Conduct prospect research and evaluation of potential funding opportunities • Provide fundraising strategies • Develop and manage grants calendar, including monitoring application deadlines, reporting deadlines, and pending grant amounts • Coordination with staff in developing evaluation and outcome measurements and program budgets • Prepare grant reports for funders, including developing processes for capturing and reporting on metrics and successes, drafting reports to funders Recent Successes: • Impact Austin grant award – 2014 and 2015, finalist 2017 • Three Capital Campaigns 2013-2016 • Travis County Health and Human Services grant- resulted in 75% increase from prior years, 2015 • Texas Education Agency – application ranked second in the state, 2016 • City of Austin, Social services – application ranked in top 10, multi-year award, 2014 • Annually raise a minimum of $500,000 in private funding for Central Texas non-profits
