Developed and implemented overarching career preparation training and development strategy for Business School in the Career Creation suite of training to reach all levels of 6000 students. Overhauled and honed the MBA Core career preparation curriculum – this involved both curriculum design and delivery, as well as the sourcing of effective corporate training providers; reaching out to approximately 300 full-time, part-time and Masters degree Business School students. This also involved liaising and coordination with faculty on curriculum content and delivery. Individual coaching of at least 40 students on matters of career advisory, resume critiques and mock interviews with a specific focus on supporting Executive MBA students who have more than 10 years of professional experience. Created and delivered a full coaching programme to train and align Careers Advisors in a coaching methodology; following a solutions-focused approach. Organised the training of Business School Careers Advisors for the Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation credential to be awarded by Workforce Singapore.
