Dave is an accomplished audit, tax, financial and management consulting practitioner with over twenty – nine years hands - on experience spanning power & energy, financial institutions, health - care, oil & gas services, construction, hospitality, petroleum downstream, IT & Telecommunications, Agriculture & Agro - Allied, Tertiary Institutions, Financial Empowerment - Based NGOs, Real Estate, and professional audit, tax & consulting sectors. He is a fellow of the, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and has been a member of the Tax Standards & Professional Monitoring Committee of the CITN Governing Council over the past five years. He also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (Member of IFAC) and member of the Strategy Advocacy and Performance Tracking Committee of the Governing Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria effective from August, 2022 till date. Dave has attended several professional seminars, conferences, paper presentations, and training programmes both within and outside Nigeria over the years. Dave also taught Financial Reporting & Audit Practice and Tax Management & Fiscal Policy in Nigeria at the final level of Accounting Certification Examinations for over four (2004 – 2008) years as part of his contributions to the development of the accounting and tax professions.
