Jul. 2022Orange, California, United States- Responsible for the holistic oversight of talent management for the company's Ambulatory Department, including program management over talent and succession, and creative recruiting development strategies while focusing on the enhancement and evolution of the candidate experience in a challenging and shifting healthcare market - Executes full life cycle recruiting process and providing consultation on all aspects of the hiring process to include talent management, Workday SME and training, while managing 80+ cross-functional requisitions - Initiated Talent Acquisition Optimization project in partnership with third-party vendor Korn Ferry with the goal of modernizing and streamlining current processes and HRIS functionality with a focus on KBAs, SLAs, SOPs, and integrating technological advancement for efficiency improvements - Acts as business partner consultant for HR and Compensation related actions, such as policy enforcement, internal equity, and compensation analysis for hiring and internal movement - Acts as Wellness Ambassador as a part of CHOC’s BDEI Committee, creating content and facilitating trainings to internal departments around topics such as BDEI, work/life balance, healthy work boundaries, and other wellness-related topics in alignment with CHOC’s EVP
