The current position entails servicing the needs of 150+ Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Med Spas and Family Practice Physicians. The position holds a yearly quota of about $10M with expected year over year growth rate of excess of 30%. • Develop results-focused business plans to assist in exceeding quarterly sales goals. o Q1 attainment: 108% Q2 attainment: 100% Q3: attainment: 100% • Achieve territory growth of 45% since December 2021 • Successful at managing a large territory • Identify growth opportunities in territory • Help accounts in growing their aesthetics business • Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base • Ability to understand the dynamic Aesthetic environment and keep up to date on competitive and synergistic products and modalities • New product launch expertise including Juvederm Voluma® Chin and Juvederm® Volbella IOH • Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques • Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of the company’s products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customer • Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service • Performing lead generation activities, such as cold calling, market research, etc. • Managing day to day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner i.e. Salesforce.com updates and data entry • Analysis sales and account data through using Power BI.
