• Communicate with a wide customer base of parents, students (K-12, ACT/SAT/PSAT, college, etc.), and professionals (MCAT, LSAT, GMAT, etc.) with individualized needs and adapt in order to pitch high-end packages of tutoring to meet the clients’ economic and time restrictions.
• Consistently exceed monthly sales goals and client quotas by an average of 148% and 143%, respectively, since starting at VT.
• Sales awards and accomplishments: 1) Sales MVP Award for July 2019; 2) Top 10 company-wide sales from May through Aug. 2019; 3) Top 3 company-wide sales for June 2019; 4) Top sales in the St. Louis office for June 2019; and 5) Top sales in training for April 2019.
• Commendation from VP of Sales for the 7th highest company-wide YTD sales, despite in training from Feb. through April 2019.
• Trained other SRs on elementary education discovery, ACT/SAT/PSAT test preparation sales, and AP exam and course sales to help team sales improve.
• Sales calls have been used as prime case examples for seasoned and new SRs, including a live demonstration for an SR class, which resulted in a one-call-close.
• Manage, schedule, and coordinate prospective clients via phone and email, as well as retain detailed notes so the client’s needs are met and mitigate potential refunds.
• Learned, adapted, and mastered VT’s patented CRM software and database, which holds 10,000+ client records.
• Promoted while in training from an outbound SR to a premier inbound SR, which receives higher volumes of clients and more quality sales leads.
