Mabe Daura is a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) professional with over 15 years of experience driving capacity building, workforce development, and sustainable business practices across Nigeria. She has served as a Training and Development Officer/Coordinator at the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Abuja Area Office, where she has played a pivotal role in research, consultancy, and business development. Her core strengths include designing and delivering strategic training programs, developing SMEs through ILO-certified methodologies (Start & Improve Your Business, GYB/IYB), and mentoring youth and women in leadership, climate action, and enterprise development. She has consulted for government agencies and private organizations on training, staff capacity building, and entrepreneurship, and is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. Mabe is also a creative force behind multiple inspirational books, public speaking engagements, and faith-based mentoring projects. Her achievements include: Leading executive coaching sessions for senior management personnel and executive assistants. Successfully coordinating multiple EU-IOM reintegration projects for returned migrants. Writing impactful training manuals, proposals, and corporate documents aligned with ESG and SDG goals. Mabe is currently transitioning into international consultancy, aiming to work remotely while supporting sustainable development, project management, and M&E initiatives globally.
