The project has involved understanding HTML code and uploading dense and informative content. Juggling both my ordinary work duties and helping with this large project has been a great opportunity.

I was given a little freedom in helping define this role. This means I can take on multiple responsibilities in different teams within the governance department. I can be helping to organizing major debates, attending said debates or discussions on agendas, archiving, team organising, keeping track of costs and all members of the team, taking council attendance through SAP and SAP GUI, communication between teams, organizing and handling confidential documents and proof reading confidential text, organising security, being a point of communication for external companies and indexing. The role was initially 3 months until the new Auckland City Election. The role was extended for an extra month as I am involved with an online Governance website in which I have helped coordinate many different teams to come together. The project has involved understanding HTML code and uploading dense and informative content. Juggling both my ordinary work duties and helping with this large project has been a great opportunity.
