-Creates an amazing first impression of Apple Retail for our new employees and trained 25 new hires since August 2015
-Coordinate training events for the store, and provided opportunities for ongoing learning -Communicate new processes, products, and company initiatives and priorities in engaging ways to the store
-Lead the all-store training for over 100 employees for the iPhone 6s launch to ensure confidence with the new financing program for iPhone through Apple
-Support monthly hiring events to select top talent for the market Specialist:
-As a Specialist, I help create the energy and excitement around Apple products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers’ s hands with enriching demos. -Supported many roles within the Red Zone to support my team, and always willing to tackle new challenges -Develop relationships with customers and employees to create a positive in-store experience. -Mentor peers to elevate product knowledge and boost confidence in their skills.
-I took the initiative to implement an innovative way to give positive feedback in the store with Awesome Cards Learning and Development:
-Facilitate enriching workshops to ensure customers were educated on how to use their devices, thus increasing the positive relationship between Apple and the customer. -Developed and assisted in the execution of multiple internal trainings for the employees to create a solid foundation with knowledge around carrier financing, business services, and leadership.
