•In this performance, I was responsible for restructuring, evaluating, and implementing new policies and processes, with an agile mentality and guiding the team towards results. •Under the responsibility of this area, 100% of the vacancies were the responsibility of this team, going from 180 employees to approximately 580 professionals between Brazil and the USA, focused on inclusive recruitment of minority groups and diversity. •The team was responsible for the recruitment of 100 employees to approximately 580 professionals between Brazil and the USA, focused on inclusive recruitment of minority groups and diversity, for functions of Business, Back Office, and Engineering / Technology of all levels - from Apprentice to C-Level. This area is also responsible for improving and acting directly in the company's largest gateway program - Young Guns, focused on the Business area - SDR function.
