Jun. 2024Bradenton, Florida, United States• Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and internal databases • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs • Conduct candidate outreach, including cold messaging, to engage both active and passive talent • Screen resumes and applications to identify strong matches for open roles by utilizing ADP ATS system. • Perform phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, fit, and alignment with company culture • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring managers and candidates • Collect and compile feedback to support interview evaluations and hiring decisions • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies • Provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions and sourcing strategies • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings • Support offer development and negotiation, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, company policies, and EEO guidelines • Maintain accuracy and organization within applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Send welcome email and onboarding packet.
