Mar. 2023I’m helping RepairDesk with scaling sales teams, optimization of CRM and other sales automation tools, establishment of more efficient processes, and enhancement of the performance of our sales teams - Ensuring sales efforts are aligned with business objectives and monitoring effectiveness - Leading sales training initiatives, overseeing the planning and management for roles, responsibilities, values, and rules of engagement in the sales department - Providing broad operational day-to-day support with ownership of the CRM (Salesforce) and implementing, and managing sales automation tools - Driving sales growth strategies and ensuring that they are adopted in all levels of the department - Scaling Inbound, Outbound & Expansion sales teams to meet ambitious sales targets - Training & coaching sales teams to adopt proven sales methodologies to crush their quotas - Playing a servant-leader role to mentor key sales personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties, and ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills - Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the leadership - Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification process, analyse campaign performance, produce reports and dashboards
