Dec. 2016 - Jul. 2020Stockholm, SverigeAs a project manager I was responsible for digital expansion projects for the H&M New business brands with focus on marketplaces (E.g: Tmall, Hmall, Thehyundai etc.), external sales platforms and official sites (localized sites in China, Korea and Japan) within the Asia region. In this role, I have been responsible in providing input for each individual brand roadmap in setting the strategic direction for digital expansion which will result in full scale e-commerce solutions in new markets. The responsibility also included roadmap planning, business case, budgeting, project management, leadership and project organisation/partner steering, budgeting, profit & loss, partner identification, assessment and RFI/RFP methodology, risk management, people & system dependencies and impact, contract structure and negotiation, market- assessment and entry strategy, stakeholder/partner management, project planning, project execution, setting development roadmap and maintenance strategy.
