Identification and development of new markets, market research and competitor intelligence. Client project and training management, which involved conducting needs analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, using a diagnostic approach to tailor-make training and staff development solutions (outcome based). Facilitation of outbound workshops, design for corporate change LogicalKnowledge - May 2000 transferred within group to become Learning and Development Manager for the Eastern & Western Cape. Wrote and developed course material, trained in-house personnel consultants (Induction, Intermediate, Productivity Enhancement Programmes, Labour Law and Management Training) and delivered external training workshops which included Train the Trainer, Change Management and How to Develop your Leadership Potential PAG - January 99 the ‘Super Branch’ divisionalised, assumed responsibility for strategic direction of the Office Support, Technical and IT Divisions (permanent and temporary) consisting of 12 Consultants and 7 Administration Staff. Grew the top line from R2,000 000 to R6,000 000 PAG - October 97 transferred to Cape Town as Perm Division Manager and to develop the new ‘Super Branch’ strategy and vision. Developed the Permanent Division and implemented a Management/Executive and Engineering Division. Grew consultant complement from 7 to 15. PAG - Promoted to Branch Manager September 1993. Increased number of consultants from 2 to 10 and grew top line sales at PAG East London from R361K per annum (1992) to R4.5M (growth factor of 13 in 5 years.) Awarded “Branch of the Year” 2 years in succession for branch billing highest percentage nationally over target. PAG - Commenced duties as a perm consultant in the East London branch.
