- Maintain comprehensive weekly status reports - Write project briefs and manage projects through final art
- Assist in trade show planning, including preparing and managing: e-blasts, media kits, booth appointments, and travel arrangements - Coordinate media mailers to promote and introduce product
- Pitch and coordinate with national, regional and local media contacts to generate positive media coverage in relevant news targets, including newsprint, trade, online and broadcast outlets
- Maintain media lists, and pull editorial calendars while identifying appropriate editorial opportunities - Work with clients to identify and define key messages for campaigns and products
- Compile data and create presentations of monthly and quarterly reports
- Prepare materials for media events to promote products
- Build and distribute internal and external e-blasts
