Mar. 2020 - Mar. 2023-Creating a warm and welcoming environment via Acre’s hospitality initiatives -Facilitating excellent customer service: assist members in a friendly & professional manner, man the front desk, greet visitors, and receive deliveries. -Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walk-throughs. -Connect with local organizations and attend networking events to promote Acre’s community and identify potential members. -Conduct sales tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy -On-board new members. Supervise and assist move-ins and move-outs for a quality experience. -Ensure that your building is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly. -Oversee accounts payable: process weekly vendor invoices; follow up on payment inquiries
