Among a range of functions, I develop digital advertising campaigns, outreach to distributors, and manage a team dedicated to increasing our reader base. I created inbound and outbound marketing strategies for WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. I also ensure optimization of content for search engines. Additionally, I supervise website development and online promotions. Finally, I take care of product development and managing the growth of our e-commerce product base and sales. A few key achievements in this role include: ✪ Build TWOC’s reach, impact, and reputation, and contribute to annual operational and financial goals ✪ Launched several marketing campaigns on Google Ads and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and performed market research with Google Analytics. ✪ Completely re-branded the company to help it reach its goals of getting more sales leads. ✪ Established the brand plan and strategy and worked with a designer to refresh the entire company image. ✪ Create, develop, and execute an overarching marketing strategy to promote TWOC’s brand identity both online and offline. ✪ Trained staff and editors to become independent in their SEO efforts to drive higher organic traffic. ✪ Developed the e-commerce solution for online advertising ✪ Identify new audiences for TWOC and helm the expansion of the reach of products including our print and digital magazine, website, books, and social media ✪ Represent TWOC at industry events and foster partnerships with other media and publishing organizations ✪ Provide internal reports on marketing strategy, metrics, and achievements
