Involved in site and inter-site projects, such as the R&D launch process and inter-site freezing standards, and worked closely with Point 74 to develop and improve software and data systems/ reports. 7 full launches involving:
• Project management and implementation of all NPD & EPD development changes (products, processes, packaging and technologies);
• Interaction across departments and teams;
• Managing critical paths;
• Customer interaction;
• Solving problems and exploring possible solutions. Food safety: • Lead, facilitated and validated new and current processes to site. • Support technical projects with the use of validation work.
• Conducted project risk assessments involving packaging, raw materials, allergens and processes.
