Jun. 2011 - Aug. 2013Paddington, LondonResponsible for management of communication to stores for following business areas: Plan A, Menswear, Kidswear, HR, M&S Money, Finance & Operations, Corporate Managing a diverse group of many stakeholders - ensuring their communications land at the right time and in the right way for better implementation by stores Co-ordinating and planning communications to ensure the activity level is manageable by stores, and aligned with business objectives Project management and delivery of FOM/ FOSM conference - engagement event on the business priorities for the coming year, attended by 800+ employees Providing accurate, effective, well-timed communications across a variety of channels: web-based via My Store Workspace store intranet; printed quarterly documents (Operating Your Store and People Quarterly); e-Books; conferences Project management of production of long term quarterly projects: including assuring timely delivery of content by stakeholders, sub-editing, management of design resource and liaison with printers, as well as post-production "IS THERE SOMETHING WE SHOULD KNOW?" and SHARESAVE - worked with stakeholders to design a communications package, ensuring the message hit stores at the right time, in the right way "Is there something we should know?" - involved in design of credit card sized reminder for all employees, as well as supporting poster to all stores publicising the Internal Dishonesty phone line and text service. We also produced a "vodcast" for our store intranet homepage to give the message to an even wider audience. So far the same number of calls has been received in the first month as was received in the whole of the previous year Sharesave achieved an uplift of 21% of applications on the previous year, and also resulted in over �1k being donated to charity, as we were offering an incentive donation to those who applied by some alternative method to paper
