Jun. 2014 - Oct. 2014Old Street, LondonMy role is to partner and advise the HR Directorate, supporting them with all their communication needs on a tactical level, while helping to tell our people story strategically. The complexity of the people workforce structure at Post Office makes this a unique challenge. * Lead communicator on Network Sales Awards - Post Office's sales incentive scheme for branch colleagues (agency and Crown). Included comprehensive, multi-channel communications plan, working with two communications agencies, an events agency and production company. On the day and night of the dinner, used social media to get candidates excited and sharing their experiences externally. This content was then used on an ongoing basis throughout the year to generate excitement about those awards. I also enjoyed the opportunity to host the live-stream of the event online - watched by over 1500 viewers on the night * Internal communication lead on cross-functional project "We're changing" - colleague engagement to support extensive marketing and external brand activity. Several disruptive techniques used for maximum cut-through on what was a really fun project to work on * Internal communication lead on BBC Children in Need appeal for 2013.
