This expansive role sees the strategic coordination of communication activities across Serco’s corporate identity and all business units (B2G) in the Asia Pacific region – Health, Facilities Management, Citizen Services, Justice, Immigration and Defence. During this time, Terri has had the privilege of directly contributing to many contract wins and successful re-bids. Marketing and Communications • Understand market positioning and media landscape to support growth pursuits and leverage emerging opportunities • Development and implementation of marcomms plans, strategies and campaigns • Stakeholder analysis, engagement and management • Proactive risk, issues and crisis management • Collateral production including media releases, reports, FAQ’s + more • Copywriting and speechwriting for print, online, blogs, social media, thought leadership, annual reports, case studies + more • Brief external creatives to produce high quality, engaging and dynamic designs and content to spec • Uphold brand identity in line with style guidelines • Drive creativity, innovation and improvement Media • Nurture relationships with key journalists and media contacts • Pitch stories and proactively seek out/create positive media opportunities • Media monitoring and reporting • Media enquiry management Digital • Website (CMS) management • Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) • Digital asset management and maintenance
