Coordinated monthly events for 450 seniors. Evaluated all transcripts and diplomas. Planned graduation ceremony for senior class and 3,000 attendees. All communication with seniors and families regarding all senior year activities. • Technology Committee – Determined technological needs of the school and staff to formulate a technology plan for the year within the annual budget. Ordered technology and distributed to appropriate locations and staff members. • Continuous Improvement Committee – Evaluated all data from previous school year to determine needs for improvement. Established improvement plan and methods to increase success rate for students and teachers. Presented Improvement Plan to administration, faculty, and stakeholders.
