Built, delivered, and drove the DE&I Inclusion/Accessibility Process for DASC, overseeing accessibility tools, the Galileo Design Center of Excellence, and accessibility project approvals. Supported the DASC team in development, design, and test automation for supply chain and inventory, ensuring adherence to GM Standards and the Training program. Educated all new hires on GMβs Accessibility standards, tools, and testing processes. Fostered a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the UX design team, empowering designers to do their best work and defending them against hostile developers, ensuring a supportive and productive work environment.
