Implementation of an HRIS integrated solution to cover: recruitment, pre-hire, employee life cycle administration, time and attendance, payroll, performance management, development/training and self service.
Implemented the first HR assistant in Romania built on an RPA platform (identification of most feasible processes, process detailed descriptions, testing and overseeing implementation to go-live). Drove successful organizational redesign and restructuring processes from 5400 employees to 2300 (across 4,5 years)

Responsibilities:
Oversee activities of 5 sub-departments: HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruitment and Employer Branding and Training
Ensure the function is resourced to meet all current and future business needs through the attraction, development and retention of high caliber employees Ensure targets are set and achieved to deliver all required business results and ensure all activities are as efficient and effective as possible
Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns
Represent management in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Ensure alignment of HR actions / plans to the achievement of overall business objectives with a focus customers
Participate in setting and achieving country functional budget
