Managing convention registration processes and organizing materials. Procuring trophies, awards, and event-related materials. Acting as the primary liaison for the convention hotel. Supporting local arrangements personnel to ensure seamless event execution. Coordinating hotel accommodations and travel logistics for festival adjudicators and special guests. Partnering with local businesses and vendors to enhance the convention experience. Maintaining and updating the MTA website to ensure accessibility and engagement.
