With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and a Diploma in Computer Programming, I bring over 18 years of diverse experience spanning the publishing, printing, and non-profit sectors. Over time, my journey has led me to where I feel most fulfilled—leveraging the power of sport for social good. As an athlete, sport has profoundly shaped my lifestyle, values, and career direction. It has become not just a passion, but a purpose. I am the Co-Founder of The 3 Triathlon Club—the first triathlon club in Kuwait—where I helped build a vibrant and inclusive multi-sport community. Today, I serve as Managing Partner at Eighty Percent, a purpose-driven sports management and marketing company based in Kuwait. I also lead Twenty Percent Sports Consulting, a sister company to Eighty Percent, which manages The Running Studio (www.therunningstudio.com), a platform dedicated to endurance sport development. I’m deeply passionate about the transformative impact of sport—its ability to empower individuals, uplift communities, and create lasting social change. In my volunteer role with the Women’s Sports Committee at the Kuwait Olympic Committee, I focus on driving inclusion and building a more equitable future for women in sport. My mission is to not only speak about the power of sport—but to design, lead, and activate life-changing opportunities through purposeful and impactful sporting events.
