Identifying areas of concern relating to the overall profitability, stocking, margin opportunities etc. Monitor and advise dealer network on standards compliance according to SLA and business requirements Monitoring and advising the dealer on Marketing activities Assisting with Business Plan formulation to ensure the Dealers meet performance targets and overall profitability of the Franchise. Assisting Non-performing dealers with possible solutions and action plans. Provide training, support and information to the Dealer Network from Chrysler and Fiat on systems, processes and procedures. Identifying dealer training requirements including the orientation of new employees in the Dealer Network. Attend and conduct in-dealership Sales meetings and training Assist and support Dealers with Balance Scorecard fields. Arrange for dealer/customer visits in line with business requirements together with Customer Care. WIP management Fleet Sales support and joint visits with dealers to Corporate Customers Dealer Monthly Performance Measurement - analysis of key indicators to 100% target performance, including Marketing, Inventory, manpower, facility.
