• Implemented a best-in-class Oracle procure-to-pay (P2P) internet-based technology in Brazil, Spain, and Taiwan.
Responsible for system customization, training, communications, and change management in Citi Brazil. P2P manages ~23B in payments annually and ~20B in spend; system is live in 33 countries worldwide.
