Project Management/ Business Development • Executed Global Oracle procure-to-pay stabilization efforts in Brazil. Managed and resolved over 20 key risks and issues identified by audit within target dates. Major issues included 5MM intercompany transactions and 3MM in past due invoices. Avoided ~10M charges from Brazil’s central bank and .5M in overdue invoice penalties. • Coordinated the shared services integration of Credicard; (credit card issuer with ~ 4B revenues from credit card sales/year and 10% of Brazil’s market share) into Citi operations. Managed a cross-functional team of over 50 people. Project completed on time with no major issues. Due Diligence/ Strategic Planning & Analysis • Conducted analysis of 15 Latin American countries for the strategic relocation of shared services operations to a low-cost regional processing center. Criteria included cost of living, legal, tax implications, and talent availability; identified Costa Rica as the recommended site.
