As an owner of Seven/Seventy-Nine, I am responsible for a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities including: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: leading the process of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, direct outreach, social media, and digital marketing. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: working with clients to develop a creative vision for the project. This includes scriptwriting, copywriting, storyboards, and animatics. PRODUCING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Working with clients to identify project goals and formulate budgets, schedules, and milestones. It also involves identifying and procuring the resources needed for a video shoot and then ensuring that those resources are where they need to be when they need to be there. This includes location scouting, casting, set design and building, acquiring props and production equipment, arranging craft services, and hiring a production crew. VIDEO PRODUCTION: When it comes to being on set, there isn’t a job that I haven’t done. From directing and operating a camera to setting up lights and monitoring audio levels. Sometimes I’m part of the crew and sometimes I’m leading the crew. At other times, especially on smaller productions, I am the crew. VIDEO EDITING AND POST PRODUCTION: I’m skilled in and comfortable with all aspects of post production from video editing, color grading, and sound design to motion graphics and visual effects. My preferred editing application is DaVinci Resolve, but I’m also well versed in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

During the levy campaign, responsibilities included recruiting and managing volunteers, yard sign distribution, scheduling speaking engagements with community groups, mailings, voter outreach, and poll coverage on Election Day. The issue passed with 64% of the vote.
