o Overall, in-charge for Sea, Air, Land, Exhibition Logistics and projects team’s customer service and operations related requirements.
o To provide effective and efficient services to clients through liaison with all the applicable parties such as Ports, Customs, Agents, Shipping lines etc., ensuring the best services are provided on export documentations functions and clients are satisfied.
o To submit regular weekly / monthly MIS reports and present to management along with the recommendations as applicable.
o To provide the necessary support to internal team members in order to extend effective and efficient services to clients
o Liaising with finance team for daily cash flow and planning related to shipping lines, port authorities, vendor payments etc.
o Meeting shipping lines, GSA ‘s and important vendors on monthly basis. o Liaising with carriers for monthly rate filing and negotiating for better buying.
o Liaising with Sales Team on daily basis for smooth operations.
o Attending joint sales calls along with Sales Executive upon request to assist them in closing business.
o Co-ordinating with ERP vendor for new developments and implementations.
o Taking weekly meetings with team on performance and other related issues.
o Taking yearly appraisals of team members of HQ and back office in Cochin, India
