Primary platform is SAP with almost 10.000 users. Also responsible of other satellite applications. The main areas cover under management are Manufacture, Technical Direction, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, Supply Chain Planning, Primary Transportation and recently, plant automation, • In charge of create and execute a yearly operation plan to upgrade the different applications under management
• Develop and support all the project plans demanded by all the operations areas. • Budget conduction of the expenses of the area
• Lead a 13 multi-disciplinary people team, being responsible for performance evaluation and individual career development plan. • Planning and execution of projects in his area, including estimation, control and tracing of the budget on each one.
• Responsible to select contract consultants to work on users support or projects of the area. • Support the Corporative Application Manager.
