Apr. 2014 - Nov. 2020Bucharest, RomaniaAs a Delivery Performance Manager, I report to Head of SDU Operate Networks Romania, a L4 unit in Business Area Managed Services of 1100 employees in Romania, Moldova, Croatia, Slovakia and Mexico, which is responsible with the mobile network management operations for Europe and Latin America. In this role I am monitoring the unit performance, against the targets, following balanced score cards, monthly KPIs, identifying operational issues and triggering and coordinating continuous improvement actions/projects. Part of my daily work consists in preparing the governance documents and working with the SDU managers in addressing the deviations identified within their units, via specific known actions, conducting light root cause analysis or light/full Ericsson Change Management LSS improvement projects. In parallel, throughout the years, I have been involved in various readiness or competence build-up projects, naming here: Service Operations Center establishment in GSC Romania (2015-2016), Operational Data Science establishment (2017), Ericsson Operations Engine high level design (2018), Ericsson Operations Engine FOA implementation (2019). Since 2018-10, acted also as a Managed Services ambassador towards the other Business Areas, formalized as a driver in Ericsson collaboration forum.
