In parallel, throughout the years, I have been involved in various readiness or competence build-up projects, naming here: Service Operations Center establishment in GSC Romania (2015-2016), Operational Data Science establishment (2017), Ericsson Operations Engine high level design (2018), Ericsson Operations Engine FOA implementation (2019). Since 2018-10, acted also as a Managed Services ambassador towards the other Business Areas, formalized as a driver in Ericsson collaboration forum.
