Instead of having our clients grapple with the lengthy and arduous process of finding, interviewing, hiring, training, and managing new sales talent, my role was to ensure that Closers.com took on this responsibility, delivering quality sales professionals in a fraction of the time. I contributed to every step of our client journey, from receiving the initial applications, conducting high-efficiency scalability audits, managing the data-driven matching process, and overseeing the 360-pre-deployment training of our closers. My role also extended to devising tailored launch and deployment strategies and maintaining the process of ongoing training, performance checks, and regular report provision. During my tenure, we earned the trust of many respected companies and brands, including IKEA, Scotiabank, Peng Joon, Fred Lam, Edge Financial, Singapore Institute of Technology, and Harmon Brothers. After demonstrating my abilities and commitment, I was promoted to Senior Advisor for Dragon 100, another company under CEO Dan Lok.
