- Ensure all staff submit their leave forms by matching leave forms with the attendance sheet and generate attendance report upon request. - Aligning with H.R. for trainings of the staff.
- Implement required trainings and follow up on them.
- Prepare statistical reports.
- Manage spreadsheets.
- Greet and receive visitor.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Coordinates office management activities.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
- Prepare agenda for meetings.
- Takes and transcribes dictation.
- Communicating with travel agency/making the required tickets booking after studying best rates & routes.
