Provide assistance with support escalations, service requests, and other issues critical to the success of the client. • Collaborating with the regional sales managers to maintain renewal business. • Building potential and help complete incremental business from software upgrades, Professional Services and Support contracts to customer base. • Supplying customers with timely responses regarding product information, pricing, and company information. • Help building the pipeline of business collaborating with our channel partners, the regional sales managers and sales director. Maintain information in our CRM system. • Responding to and filtering incoming enquiries, developing sales cycle drive to close in association with the regional sales managers. • Responsible of a Book of Business of USD $3.7 M in 2013 achieving above the 100% and of USD $13.6 M in 2014.
