Served as UX Director on the mobile app for Philips’ first Sonicare Connected Toothbrush for children, including defining a comprehensive and effective usage-mastery model. Head of UX+Design on GLAS™ by Johnson Controls, the world’s first smart thermostat and connected home hub with a transparent OLED screen, and their first-ever B2C product.
