Developed and launched processes designed to bring good ideas to life, including an enterprise-wide planning process and an executional excellence process. eCommerce: Team scope included merchandising, content strategy, user experience development, loyalty/crm, direct mail, email, paid search, web advertising, affiliate partnerships and digital analytics. Campaign Strategy: Developed end to end campaign and content strategy, including strategy briefs, customer journey maps, and creative briefs. Analysis: Planned financial and inventory forecasts, managed annual budget and resource expenditures. Led collaboration across functional teams with monthly IT reviews, business/finance reviews, supply chain reviews, campaign planning sessions, and customer care sessions. Marketing: Led mobile strategy development across digital, retail and marketing teams. Launched a series of new programs in collaboration with IT, finance, customer care and supply chain teams including remarketing, refer-a-friend, gift card and affiliate programs. Tech: Managed a site platform and database change and complete website redesign. Led relationship with consumer marketing database vendor, email service provider, affiliate and search partners and content partners.
