processes, including orientation and onboarding. Revamp performance
management processes, including appraisal tools. Update, implement and
manage termination processes. Act as employee relations and culture
ambassador to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. Provide
coaching and deliver training to both employees and management team.
Research and implement replacement PEO. Plan and manage all internal events
including off-site employee team building events and holiday parties. OPERATIONS: Evaluate, update, and implement new internal processes and
tools for a variety of business needs. Oversee technology partners, plan out
projects, and act as first line of desktop support for firm. Research and
implement alternate IT and print partners. Purchase, manage, and deploy all
computer equipment and software, including industry specific software as well
as administrative and management software. Understand business insurance
requirements, working with brokers on annual renewals for E&O, BOP and Auto
policies. Manage vendors and subtenant leases for alternate properties.
Provide executive level support for CEO as needed on a variety of topics
ranging from travel arrangements, calendar and personal household
management.
