Key Successes • Developed 2 prototype designs for domestic and international markets, increasing sales by 5%. • Identified whitespace, infill markets and metrics for Corporate growth for the first time in 5 years which also included purchase of franchise owned markets. • Implemented cost-saving measures, resulting in 25% reduction in construction costs by facilitating vendor sourcing, skillfully negotiating pricing and contracts, and securing FF&E at the most competitive prices. • Avoided $350K in equipment cost increases by implementing a bulk order and warehousing equipment program, allowing the system to build 25 more restaurants than the previous year.
