Jul. 2017 - Mar. 2018Gilbert• Coordinate BINSR Repairmen/ contactors to make quality repairs and meet our buyer’s tight closing timeline
• Track reported issues on properties and dispatch appropriate parties accordingly
• Manage listed properties to maintain a healthy appearance while being listed on the market
• Budget and price out repair costs • Evaluate and narrow BINSR repair requests from buyers
• Coordinate with closings department to make sure all repairs/ code violations are rectified on time • Track and report hurricane repairs from Hurricane Irma in FL and GA markets • Build and maintain relationships with vendors in all responsible markets: FL, GA, NC, SC, NV, UT • Work with vendors/ company to rectify any natural disasters that happen on the property (I.e. Sink holes) • Collect photo evidence of issues/repairs and document to appropriate parties • Learn and be up to speed on state specific code requirements to make sure our repairs are acceptable • Manage post-closing repairs by coordinating with vendors and owners
• Manage weekly touch-base calls with Project Managers in each state: review projects due that week, brainstorm possible conflicts, get timeline updates to notify our closings team, and gauge workload to re-distribute repairs • Coordinate communication from the field to the office in regards to repairs, injuries, vacations, extensions, early completions, unforeseen issues, vandalism reports, squatters, fire, natural disasters, etc.
