Sep. 2022 - Jan. 2025Program, manage, and participate in the creation, distribution, presentation and/or approval of the company's S&OP process inputs/outputs (e.g., pricing/promo plans, demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory plans, financial plans, etc.) and key metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory days-on-hand, retail in-stocks, device subsidy, etc.) Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: org charts, team changes, benefits, payroll, 401k, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning. Direct and implement financial savings strategy to meet financial top line performance while decreasing overall cost of goods and operational efficiencies to drive profitability.
