update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement more efficient and effective
business processes. Led a team to optimize back office operations, cutting costs and
improving internal workflows.
• Managed cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions that improve
employee satisfaction and business performance.
• Partnered with local child care providers, managed enrollment processes, and created
partnerships with schools and after-school programs. Developed a child care referral
network to ensure employees had access to consistent, trusted care for their children.
• Employee Benefits Management, administered a comprehensive employee benefits
program, including child care services, health insurance, wellness programs, and other
family support services. Ensured all benefits were aligned with employees' needs,
improving satisfaction and work-life balance.
• Client Engagement & Communication, acted as the primary liaison between employees and
child care providers, managing communication, resolving issues, and ensuring the
continuity of care. Educated employees about available child care benefits, subsidies, and
options.
