Initiating the decision-making process that refers to the launch of products with the necessary specifications (commercial conditions, Follow-up of all product launch activities; packaging, initial orders, etc.);
Management of compliance requirements for the launch of new products;
Market research and competitor data;
Providing active support through product training for local sales companies to promote product portfolio and profitable growth; Involvement in communication and promotion, quality management and e-commerce;
Preparation of product summaries to inform sales campaigns, marketing campaigns, fairs and catalogues;
Implementing, optimizing and tracking compliance with product release procedures and processes;
Observing and evaluating international markets in order to detect market trends in time;
Verifying the success of the product range by evaluating and analyzing the success calculations of the brand; Commercial liability, margin, protability, RE initiation, gross price, reporting;
Preparation of product roadmap and strategy, gap analysis, make or buy decision and product placement;
Guiding, training, and assisting employees with job-related tasks.
